Upcycled with love from a cute rainbow polka dot sheet this skirt perfectly combines style and comfort.  The elasticated waist makes it easy to pop on and off and won't dig in.  Looks great on its own or as part of a super cute set!  Fits like a medium but please consult the measurements below
